Swedish vibe-coding startup Lovable has crossed four hundred million dollars in annual recurring revenue in just fifteen months, adding one hundred million in a single month. The company achieved this with only one hundred and forty six employees, generating roughly two point seven seven million dollars per worker.

The Fastest-Growing Software Startup in History

Stockholm-based startup Lovable has reached a staggering four hundred million dollars in annual recurring revenue, cementing its position as one of the fastest-growing software companies ever built. The company achieved this milestone in February 2026, adding one hundred million dollars in revenue in a single month.

From Zero to Four Hundred Million in Fifteen Months

Lovable launched in late 2024 and hit one hundred million dollars ARR by July 2025. It doubled to two hundred million by November, reached three hundred million in January 2026, and surged to four hundred million the following month. The trajectory suggests growth is accelerating, not slowing down. The platform now sees two hundred thousand new projects created every day across its eight million users.

A Skeleton Crew Outpacing Tech Giants

Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of Lovable's rise is its efficiency. With just one hundred and forty six employees, the company generates approximately two point seven seven million dollars in ARR per worker, outpacing tech giants like Alphabet and Meta on revenue efficiency. The company plans to roughly double its headcount to three hundred and fifty by the end of 2026.

Enterprise Adoption Driving Growth

While most of Lovable's users are non-technical founders and entrepreneurs, enterprise adoption is now the fastest-growing segment. More than half of Fortune 500 companies use the platform, with clients including Klarna, HubSpot, Deutsche Telekom, Uber, and Zendesk. Results have been striking: Zendesk compressed prototype development from six weeks to three hours, while Deutsche Telekom reduced development cycles from weeks to days.

Competing in a Booming Market

Lovable operates in an increasingly crowded field of AI-powered coding tools. Cursor, its closest rival, reported over one billion dollars in annualised revenue. The company was valued at six point six billion dollars in its December Series B round and has raised five hundred and fifty million dollars in total funding.
